My Note 3 does this as well, fwiw.
So did my iPhone 3G, fwiw.
Not sure about the Note phones, but with iPhones, you can hold down the shutter button and it will continuously take pics so you are sure to get a good one out of the bunch or you have some pretty cool action shots.

So in Korea everything (netflix, HBOGo, etc..) is blocked. How do I go about using a mirror site to ghost my IP address so it looks like I am using a USA IP address?

download a VPN. TunnelBear is my favorite. costs like $5 a month, very easy to use, change your IP to USA and done. shel/dave proof easiness.

Can I use it both for my phone and computer? Pay for each or just one flat rate?

one flat rate both. I had it on my iphone and mac. also on my current galaxy.
Sweet, Sam Byford seems to be on board with the Edge!!!
I'll be due for an upgrade in 3 months, i believe. I guess it'll be the Edge or try to hold out for the next best non-Samsung Android phone, Nexus perhaps?
Like the Applie AirPlay, I'm wondering why Samsung laptops don't(at least I don't think they can) have the screen mirroring function like the phones and tablets do:
I'll be in the market for a laptop possibly around Black Friday. Seemed like Samsung was a no brainer to go with the Samsung SmartTV, but if I'm reading that link correctly, their laptops don't screen mirror.
If it weren't for OOTP, I'd 100% be in for the tablet. Stupid OOTP!!!
Nexus 6 is a monster and stock Android which is my favorite. I vote for it over the Edge.
You have some good options with the Edge, Note 4, and the Nexus 6.
The Nexus 6 is 5.9 inches and a ridiculously nice screen.

You can do this with Chromecast is my understanding. $35
Pretty long but it just has to go through Chrome which is the browser I use even on the Mac over Safari because its the best IMO.
Good call, never even thought about that. Yea, I only use Chrome as well. Wondering if that'll help alleviate some of my grainy issues when streaming from the laptop via HDMI.
I may pick one up, at worst, I assume I can just return it for a refund.
