This kinda reminds me of my favorite Cracked.com image about 11 internet arguments. #8 is my runaway favorite.LetsGoPeay wrote:News flash-- jsence likes to say "news flash".

Shel has flat out mastered Tactic #4. He is the Michael Jordan/Wayne Gretzky of that tactic. There's no comparison.

Me attacking grammar errors, what are you talking about?jsence2 wrote:Shel has flat out mastered Tactic #4. He is the Michael Jordan/Wayne Gretzky of that tactic. There's no comparison.
I think you got some bad info there.
Also, is there a number in that list for the King of Hyperbole? I know I've called you out for that a bunch of times, and this post you just made about sums it up, even as it's all kinds of wrong.

I swear if you took the ACT, you scored a 4 on the Reading Comprehension part.
"Super Tunnel Vision" means you ignore all the evidence that shot down 9 of your 10 points of your argument, and you focus on the ONE thing that you can continue to fight, no matter how absurd it is.
And you cannot dispute that, I (and many others) have pointed it out numerous times...and shockingly you ignore thsoe too

Off-Topic and Bragging time! I scored a 34 or some shit on that (the one that is a 1500 SAT equivalent) test. I only scored a 1310 on my SAT.jsence2 wrote: I swear if you took the ACT, you scored a 4 on the Reading Comprehension part.

Never took SAT, studied three hours for ACT (calculus stuff, cuz I'd never taken it) and got a 31 composite score

I am confused, what law did the officer admitt to breaking? He sees an expired tag, ran it and it comes back stolen. Good work.
Re: LOL cops
That's fine. That's not what is going on here, though.beercop wrote:I am confused, what law did the officer admitt to breaking? He sees an expired tag, ran it and it comes back stolen. Good work.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you are wrong on this one, trendon. The sticker doesn't create probable cause. It creates a reason to pull someone over using a law, just like speeding or having a burnt out taillight. The cop says nothing about it creating probable cause.

I know things get crazy in these type threads but I agree here as I'm still not certain what laws are being broken.

Is it not obvious? He says it all in the very first post what he's getting at.shel311 wrote:autiger730 wrote:I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you are wrong on this one, trendon. Re: LOL cops
Do you know what the 4th amendment is? I would say he thinks the cops are using the stickers to get around it, rather than letting the state do away with the sticker they want it to stay to make their jobs easier by creating probable cause.shel311 wrote:Clearly, it's not.Crowes wrote:Is it not obvious
