Add a little twist to this and see what everyone thinks. All the teams are put in the same conference. Can leave the conference either 1) when you win the conference or maybe 2) when you make the conference championship game.

Meh......
User games are already issue enough. Not sure that would work.
I can't remember who had the Wonky Legs, their logo was a handicapped sign. We had TFan's Holy Rollers, we had Peay's North Korean team, my South Park team, and there was another awesome team in there too.

Why even have an OD if not for the user games? If you don't want to play users then go run your own offline OD and play with yourself.

Big difference between 2-4 user games a season, and 5+ user games per season. And because unfortunately, not everyone plays straight
Plus recruiting vs humans is much more fun

I yeah I recall. We had some good battles. Also VT was in it and we had some tough match ups as well.
