If it is guys who have not been commish before. I'd go with this list:

Ted leaves us for a month at a time twice a year, he's out.
Riccio...ok I liked when I said I was 30th on the odds to be the next commish. I'll settle for 29th while Riccio is 30th.
This should satisfy the people that keep saying we need trade committees. I fully did not expect this to pass when I posted it, and really see no way it could now with 7 votes against. But when will we hear that we need a committee again (6.5 seasons)?
This is just killing the symptom. The cause is poor owners who don't care. We need more owners like the last 5 or so Billy has brought in. You can tell those guys actually give a shit about their teams. Export every day. Inquire about guys (even if the offers are super low-balls, who cares, this happens 800000000000 times in the MLB). Plus you would never ever get 3 or 5 guys everyone considers "neutral" enough.
How do you have a committee with the scout variance as it is?
One guys says, no, he is trading a 20/35 guy for a 20/75 guy
Another guy says, yes, it is even as one guy is 20/65 for a 20/60 guy.
Scout variance, while I like it sometimes, I hate it sometimes too. It makes it damn near impossible to have a trade committee.
