My scout at the time did not have him as 33 POT...but obviously yes there was some luck involved. Same with Quinn.

I was lucky on McGuire too.

Picked him up in Rule 5. Granted my scout did like him, but as a 2 pitch reliever. Then Ted started asking me to trade Mcguire to him out of the blue, and that's when I realized he randomly learned a blue rated 3rd pitch.

Some issue is going on with OOTP.
In my other league guys are complaining about not being able to download my latest file and in this league my download is stuck at 16%.

It finally went through, to download the NDL files, but it took a really, really, really long time.

Something happened in the last couple hours, and now downloads and uploads are even worse. I've escalated the issue again, but need to sleep, and will check on it again first thing in the morning. I continue to do everything I know how to do to try and improve the situation, and I know it's not fixed yet for many people.

Morning update: The provider's data center is experiencing packet loss again this morning, and everyone is affected by slow transfers, probably even people that didn't see issues before.
Unfortunately, the original issue actually appeared resolved for a while yesterday afternoon/evening and overnight, then a bigger problem has started at their site.

If you used both of your activations, you will have to open a ticket to them to have them reset your licenses.
If you shared your purchase with someone, they will have to reactivate after the license is reset too.

We had a few guys do this wrong last time and they said they just went in and downloaded the right one and did not have to mess with a ticket. Before you ask, yes they shared their license and it still worked.
