https://www.cnn.com/2020/05/23/world/pa ... index.html

Despite deep concerns about China's handling of the pandemic, European leaders backed the WHO resolution calling for "a stepwise process of impartial independent and comprehensive evaluation, including using existing mechanisms, as appropriate to review experience gained and lessons learned" from the global response to Covid-19.

ya fuck that.
Can I get that in one or two syllable words so my drunk ass can comprehend.

37% of all deaths were in nursing homes. 85+ accounted for more deaths than <74 years old. Unless you going to a nursing home your rent ain't moving

ight im team open it up. ppl in Ontario complaining about "4 days of 400 cases".. meanwhile we have 14 million ppl so 400/day, it would take 35 000!!! days to infect us all.

numbers i pulled up outta boredom cause i wanted to check out recoveries in countries. It should be a little more concerning that America has such a low % of recovered cases still. The nicer weather should fix shit but I expected to see them around 50%+.. only 34% is kinda fucked. its even lower than countries like Brazil that ppl think will be a hotbed

the sad part is looking at the low recovery rate countries right now and theyre all 3rd world.. and Sweden.. who decided against any regulations.. so least they let us know what would happen if the world didnt lock down.

We know case # are definitely flawed... I have to imagine recovery numbers are 2x-3x as goofy.

There's only 1 factor that made it disappear from the everyday news cycle, and it isn't either of those 2 things

ya the news cycle isnt the be all end all unless you want it to be. America is still near the top in cases. who knows what these protests will do. maybe a lot of people are going to die in 2-3 weeks and ya'll will have to deal with that too.

Which is something, because the same exact groups of people and politicians who were super duper pro-lockdown because we needed to save Grandma are now pro protest/looting/rioting.
