 you guys are dreadful at doing things right.
Greater NYC population is almost as much as all of Canada. Not hard to keep outbreaks down when the population density is 11 people per square mile (94 per square mile in the US).
9 American states have more confirms than all of Canada but sure.

Old employer right there.
The report showed that Orlando Health had a 98 percent positivity rate.

Hospital says their rate is 9.4%, numbers were changed/entered wrong by Fl Dept of Health. A few others saying the same thing.

Ultimately, I'll just keep watching deaths per day. Even with as goofy as that number is (ex suicide via covid), at least it's a little more reliable.

Negative doesn’t matter with a respiratory disease tho. Al that matters is positive / antibodies.

You don't think the % of positives matters?

What's worse 60k people tested positive or 50k? Really impossible to answer without knowing the % positive.

CNN did an article yesterday or the day before where doctors are not thinking it's a respiratory disease now. Autopsies are showing blood clots in the organs of the deceased in New York.

HHS took (purchased?) the process from CDC. They are supposed to have the dashboard updated through 7/14-15 soon*.

honest question to the teachers of the group.

Why not reopen if everyone is wearing masks? I know you are not going to get kids with special needs to wear them and even the younger kids. But why not junior high and high school aged kids. If all of them and all of the teachers are wearing masks, why are we not sending them back to class?

This is where your simple mindedness gets in the way. The media and doctors says we all need to wear masks to stop the spread. If EVERYONE is wearing masks in school then there should be no reason for them not to go to school. This is why most people aren't on board with the whole mask thing. We are being told to wear a mask to stop the spread but still want everything shutdown. What is the purpose of everything being shut down if masks are being worn?
