Any interference issues with sound or wifi?

Thanks fellas, going to make the plunge in a week or 2 probably.

Man, I just do not want to use a headset for audio as I much prefer the speakers. However, because I like it loud, I have a hard time with the mic. Problems!

Same thing here.

Will not use the headset during normal business hours but late night when everyone is out I need an option to crank it up and hear it through a headphone in this new house set up.

I just checked Best Buy Black Friday deals and most head sets will be $30-$50 off and they open at 6pm on Thanksgiving.

I don't remember which headset I have, but it is wired and may be the P21X like jsence and I could not agree more that they are awesome.

I have a pretty decent home theater setup and I still hear more out of them then I do with my system cranked up.

plus, game and chat volume are 100% seperate. Meaning someone like Trendon can turn it up to volume 100 (for the game) and the people in his party will be none the wiser

Mine is hardwired to the PS3 through USB so no interference there.

And like AJ stated, having the separate volume controls are nice and it is really nice to use at night when playing.
You can crank it up and not bother the sleeping wife/kid.

So I am hoping the day 1 update allows these headsets to work.

Is this the one you have AJ that you were recommending?

Currently $46.65 at Amazon so thats awesome. Comfy for long sessions I am sure with your COD experience.

Oh, no, I get it. I just like the feel of open sound (whatever you call it).

That's the huge plus. Until Battlefield 7 when I can no longer hear anything.

This.

I've heard beats/sound effects in songs on games like FIFA that I couldn't pick up on my 5.1 surround system. I can hear flies buzzing around on GTA. It makes for a better gaming experience.

Have your guys headsets worked as good as they did on the PS3?

I read there is a 2nd firmware upgrade to make all headsets compatible.

I got mine to work but the volume in it was low on some games, higher on others. I can tell its going to be bad ass when they work to full potential.

I also found this diagram for some Turtle Beach ones:

http://www.ps4accessories.com/2013/11/t ... atibility/

Here is mine removing the amp completely to make it work??
