SS Tim TylerTim Tyler is a long, lean athletic reliever who was born in Cary, North Carolina. He has a lot of talent, and grades out as a plus contact hitter. He can put on a show in batting practice, and as he develops he has the power potential to impact the game. He has the potential to be one of the top players ion the league and could be in the conversation for a Hechler and Koch Award as a reliever. His elite speed can be a game changer. Tyler probably wont even break camp with a team.
If you legit think he is off, you should trade him. waiting a year or two to find out he's a bum, loses all value at that point. (I have no idea who this player actually is)GeorgesGoons wrote:This game is so funny:

My Scout - 22/80 (OSA 22/52)
Contact 44/74 (38/48)
Gap 66/78 (68/69)
Power 24/82 (28/48)
Eye 32/55 (28/51)
Avoid K's 33/51 (33/62)
And since he can win a Hechler and Koch as a reliever, go to look at his pitching ratings:
Stuff - 1/2
Movement - 18/32
Control - 13/48
I will say my scout has been high on him since the 1 August 2064 scouting report. He usually is pretty spot on when it comes to hitters but I am positive he is off on this one, but we'll hold on for a year or two just to make sure.
But if everyone else has him as a 40 potential prospect there is no trade value at this point. But if he matures to the point of what my scout thinks then he has added trade valueUuaww wrote:

50% of the league will have what your scout has as basically its all a crapshoot and luck at this point when guys are getting random IFAs that are 80s consistently.GeorgesGoons wrote:But if everyone else has him as a 40 potential prospect there is no trade value at this point. Well, I'll trade with that 50% then as my scout shows him as an 80 potential prospect and I'd take offers as if he was a 70's potential guy.Cnasty wrote:50% of the league will have what your scout has as basically its all a crapshoot and luck at this point when guys are getting random IFAs that are 80s consistently.GeorgesGoons wrote:But if everyone else has him as a 40 potential prospect there is no trade value at this point. If you're curious, my scout does not have him as a 80 potential player.GeorgesGoons wrote:But if everyone else has him as a 40 potential prospect there is no trade value at this point. But if he matures to the point of what my scout thinks then he has added trade valueUuaww wrote:

I always wondered about random IFAs.I get the IFAs that we all bid on, thats fair, but is there a way to turn off the randomly found guys?Cnasty wrote:50% of the league will have what your scout has as basically its all a crapshoot and luck at this point when guys are getting random IFAs that are 80s consistently.GeorgesGoons wrote:But if everyone else has him as a 40 potential prospect there is no trade value at this point. Bryan Yang was one of those randomly found guys. I joined at the beginning of 2021 and he was the only guy worth anything my scout found. It only took 40 yearsHammerin' Hank wrote:I always wondered about random IFAs.I get the IFAs that we all bid on, thats fair, but is there a way to turn off the randomly found guys?Cnasty wrote:50% of the league will have what your scout has as basically its all a crapshoot and luck at this point when guys are getting random IFAs that are 80s consistently.GeorgesGoons wrote:But if everyone else has him as a 40 potential prospect there is no trade value at this point. You can turn it off or adjust how many your scout finds per year but I think you may be the only one that would want that. I've never heard anyone want that turned off.Hammerin' Hank wrote:I always wondered about random IFAs.I get the IFAs that we all bid on, thats fair, but is there a way to turn off the randomly found guys?Cnasty wrote:50% of the league will have what your scout has as basically its all a crapshoot and luck at this point when guys are getting random IFAs that are 80s consistently.GeorgesGoons wrote:But if everyone else has him as a 40 potential prospect there is no trade value at this point. I'll try it out to see how many he finds a year. Where do I make that change? I'm tired of getting 5 or 6 IFA's that will never be anything more than the popcorn guy on the 3rd base sidewdoupis wrote:You can turn it off or adjust how many your scout finds per year but I think you may be the only one that would want that.
