slow day and not sure if qaz ever posted this but Hollywood Halos pitchers had least amount of walks ever last year with 289 surpassing the 2090 Halos who only walked 300.

not surprisingly, the Halos broke the record for bb/9 also last year


Cookeville also had the least amount of walks ever on the opposite side, as hitters, with 284.

I posted that a while back when I posted the Spitters fun facts, but its still pretty surprising to me. The majority of my guys last season were hard throwing high stuff guys with some control, but not a pitching staff that I wouldve thought would set the record for fewest walks.

I was also 5th in ERA, 4th in FIP and like 13th in strikeouts which is good, but not a staff you would expect to break that record two years in a row
