Same here, got my #1 at #9.
Not sure if that is a good or bad thing. If my scout is that bad or what.

And traded for a $1.

The most important part.

This feels like a 2-4 sim for the Beef. Especially now that Yang is out for 5 weeks and I cannot rely too much on my hitting. Sucks for me as my pitching sucks even worse than last year

Good grief. Cubbies taking a nose dive...

Of course it doesn't help that 25% of my roster is injured.

Jordan Blackshaw has been a monster. So glad he took 1 year for 22 over 3 years for 78. Saved me a ton since I only wanted him for 1 year, and he's playing like he wants that next contract.

Random news and notes
Spoiler!
Eddie Munoz celebrating his milestone a little too hard as he's now 3 for his last 38. Could just be playing for Youngstown too :)

Luis Perez still going strong, steadily posting 1.000 OPS' post trade and now has a new running mate in Ryan Henley

Henley hasn't missed a game since the trade and approaching career best numbers

David Miller, he of Luis Perez trade fame, loving life in Seattle as he is right in the thick of things for NL Cy Young

Jeremy McGuire still pitching with a game breaking 25 STUFF, which is about half of what he's making this season

Should have included this in the post but too lazy to edit

Lane Sykes with a 3.10 ERA and 3 WAR
Cesar Sanchez with a 4.90 FIP and 0.6 WAR

I expect this to be at least an every other day post... Failure to do so may result in a loss of draft picks

Very heavy Seals news and notes today.

I'm sure you jinxed Henley and he'll get hurt the next few sims. But he is really hitting well in front of Robinson and Perez, its worked out well so far.
