I just checked and there are still a couple of guys that havent done there recruiting for the week so I will give them until tomorrow morning before I advance. I will advance by 10am est.

we have advanced to the conferance championships where we have 1 person playing. I will give him until Tuesday to get the game in, then we will advance to bowl week

its Maryland and they are undeafeted with an outside shot at the BCS championship game.

Iowa and North Carolina are the only teams that play this week. Deadline is Wednesday Night at 11pm est. As soon as you get your games in let me know and I can advance sooner.

it went well steel....chalked up my eighth victory with a close win over washington in the emerald bowl. Unc is excited about their chances in the 2010 season with several starters returning.

I'm guessing we'll get a heads up before the off-season stuff officially start?

Who is the Iowa coach? Still advancing tonight?

Next Advancement will be Friday night at 11pm est. Let me know if you are unable to get your games in.



OFF-SEASON
Will Start Saturday morning and I will advance every 24hrs until the offseason/recruiting is complete. I would try to do it all in one night but my schedule for the rest of the month is going to be busy. The few dynasty leagues I have been in this seemed to work the best as a whole for the league. For those of you that have a little bit more experience I am open to differant suggestions for the off-season.



Suggested Changes for Next Season

1--It has been brought up that we speed up the dynasty to maybe advancing every 72hours? So I am leaving it up to a vote---Advancing every 72hours, leaving it currently as a Tuesday/Friday advancement, or open to any other suggestion(s)?


2--Is everyone ok with playing with Heisman? or should it be changed to All-American--my vote is for it to stay on Heisman


3--USER GAMES
We have a pretty good group of loyal coaches so I would like to make next season with everyone playing at least one user game if you are not already scheduled to play one In your conferance. Is there any objections? It would be 1, 2, 3 star teams would play against each other, and 4,5,6 star teams playing each other. Here are how the teams break out now

1,2,3 star teams
Toledo, Buffalo, Maryland, Iowa, SMU

4,5,6 TEams

Colorado, North Carolina, Cincy, West Virgina, Tennessee


But if a 1,2,3 star team wants to play a 4,5,6, star team then I am ok with that or vice versa

So by the end of the weekend can you please send me any game requests on user games or any teams that you would like to play this up coming season.

4-OPEN FORUM

I am completely open to any suggestions to improve the Dynasty. I want the Dynasty to be a long and successful one that has to have a waiting list for people to join.

I say keep it on Heisman. I'm open to adding one more game a week, but my wife is going to start to get upset. As for user games, I'd rather not play one unless I have to. I already have Cincy.

As far as advancing, 72 hours is fine with me.

Leaving it on Heisman is a good idea.

Everyone playing someone is fine with as I already play Terps with UC vs WVU.

I vote to keep heisman. and I dont care if we speed it up, but it is called "slow moving dynasty" so we would have to change the name to "Sort of slow, but a little fast moving dynasty"

I would like to play weiser if possible, but he's probably scared.
