Well I came home to find the TV on a weird channel and stuff; talked to the roommate and he said we've had power flickers throughout the day, and one just happened a few minutes ago. So I'm going to TRY to get my game in but not sure if the power's gonna stay on long enough.

Big time win as USMC rebounds from their loss to #2 Miami, to knock off #3 VT! It was a scary first half with Harris tossing 3 picks and not even completing a pass until the 2nd quarter. But in the end, I was able to ride out my stud RB, Shawn Givens with some ball control offense and pull off the upset! FYI - when you run into Logan Thomas, the guy plays just like real-life Cam Newton... thankfully there isn't another notable playmaker on that team. (at least that I saw)

I have it on ESPN3; tryin to get this stuff done so I can have the fights on the tv.

Coach Donkey and I just finished a double overtime thriller where Southwest went out 21-0 in first half just to have Voodoo return the favor in the second with 28 unanswered! As soon as the voodoo took the lead it was evaporated by a 100 yard kickoff return for a td. We traded blows after that and in overtime Southwest intercepted a 4th down pass to seal it.

South Philly improves to 5-0 with a 48-21 drubbing of Temple that wasn't nearly as close as the score may indicate. The star of the game for the Greenmen was senior QB Dennis Reynolds. Reynolds, who was a pastry making machine in a Pillsbury factory in a previous life, had the game of this life as he went 19/29 for 413 yards and 6 TD's against the Owls' over-matched secondary. As he has been to this point in the season, TE Rutherford Hayes was Reynolds' favorite target as he pulled in 10 catches for 135 yards and 2 TD's. Reynolds also connected with Mac for 2 TD's. South Philly will have a bye next week as they prepare to host TCU in Week 8.
