I was good game, still cannot understand what was up with it not letting me call a TO at the end of regulation. I hope to have more firepower next season as I am committing to this current playbook and hope to get it figured out soon.

damn TCU game. They drove down and scored, I throw a pick 6, sim a punt its returned for a Td, TCU holds me and scores. Its 21-0 before I know it. I kick a FG (gotta start somewhere). TCU scores again!!! 28-3. I throw another pick 6 35-3. This is still the first half. A minute later, its 42-3 at the half after i turn the ball over.

From that point, I just super sim'd the game. 65-9!!!! Up yours TCU!!!

Mississippi State continues their amazing run, as they overcome a 31-14 deficit to beat Alabama, 42-38. Bama had a 14-7 lead with two minutes left in the first half, when they forced a fumble on Vic Ballard on 2nd and 1 from the Bama 38, and they scooped and scored to make it 21-7. Then they got another stop, drove down and got a FG to make it 24-7 with about 25 seconds left. But a huge kick return--one of many great plays the special teams for MSU would have in this game--allowed them to get down to the Bama 35 with 12 seconds left, and they hit a wide open receiver deep to make it 24-14 at the half. After a three and out to start the 2nd half, Bama went down and made it 31-14. At this point, the Bulldogs went away from Heisman contender Ballard's legs and went to Chris Relf's arm--and boy did he deliver. Relf had the best game of his career, as he drove the Dogs down to make it 31-21. Bama made it 38-21....and then the Dogs turned it on. A touchdown made it 38-28, and then a forced fumble led to another scoring drive to make it 38-34, with the Bulldogs going for it on 4th and goal from the 1 and just barely getting it in. The Dogs would stop Bama's next drive, and another good return set the Dogs up at their own 32 with four minutes to go. After a few big pass plays, the Dogs got down to 14 yd line with 3 minutes to go. Not wanting Bama to get the ball back, they started eating the clock, and got down to the 5 yd line, where they had 4th and 1 with just under 40 seconds to go. Coach UK decided that if they deserved to win this game, they would have to earn it and win it in regulation, so he called a FB dive--and they BARELY got the yardage they needed. After two more runs by Ballard to get them to the one, they again went with a FB dive with 8 seconds left, and Hemphill punched it in to make it 42-38.

The ensuing squip kick was recovered near midfield, which was the last thing MSU wanted; however, with just 2 seocnds left, they were able to sack the Tide QB as he kept dropping and taking forever to release his hail mary attempt.

MSU now looks ahead to two very winnable games and a very likely SEC Championship game, as the win will probably move them to #1 in the polls. Relf had touchdown passes of 75 and 31 yds, and also ran one in from 7 yds out, as he went 23/29 for 331 yds. Vic Ballard only had 32 yds on 16 carries against the stingy Tide rush D, but he did have a big TD, and WR Charles Bailey had 6 grabs for 148 yds and the two touchdowns. The MVP of the game was the special teams, however, as Ladarius Perkins had 7 kick returns for 219 yds (with a long of 60) and Chad Bumphis had two punt returns for 29 yds, as they kept giving MSU big plays and good field position.

Cal goes down in Stanford. My receivers had a bad case of the drops as it was just ridiculous. Throw from the 40 at the end of the game to possibly tie it up, receiver has both the safety and the corner beat after they try to bump and run and he drops it in the endzone. Right off his hands! Cal needs to beat Arizona State to stay in the hunt for the PAC 12 Championship with Stanford nipping at their heels now.

Since several of you have been slow to get your game in, we will wait till Friday evening. I won't have time though to wait for someone to play Friday night, I'll likely do it right when I get home Friday evening.

I had to restart my game w Arkansas; it was snowy AND sunny and was so bright I could barely even see my own guys lining up (we were in white).

Miss St wins 34-28 in a game that wasn't as close as the score indicates. The Tigers led 24-14 and 34-21 until a late Arkansas TD cut it to six. They played much of the game without star HB Vic Ballard, who strained his Achilles tendon. QB Chris Relf threw for 259 yds, and Ballard rushed for 122 yds, but backup Ladarius Perkins rushed for 130 including a 71 yd TD to ice the game.

I'd rather not give myself a migraine (as I was already starting to feel my eyes strain just from doing the opening kickoff return) trying to pick up white players on a white field on a screen so bright it was lighting up the neighborhood
