This is SAD

25 of 80 teams have 2 or less games played.

Some of us still like to play and everyone said they were in, For those of us that DO play we could have used YOUR team instead are stuck with a shit team cause you said IN but really arent. Get with the program.

I feel you I_S33M, it really is sad.

I don't want to turn this thread into a bitch fest, but I am quite pissed honestly at the lack of effort for a season where buckeye made it clear that you needed to be active to say you were IN.
If you were not going to be active, not to waste everyone's time.

We have to remember that the season is not over yet and we have no idea if any of those people reached out to buckeye explaining their situation.
So it still could happen.
I imagine that it will after the season is over and not during the season as he is giving them time to get their games in if they can.

It bugs me that people waste all of our time posting they are in, then 3 weeks later, disappear.
I just don't understand how those people didn't know 3 weeks before that they were going to be busy.

And it is really "mind bottling" that those people knew that you didn't have to participate in this season to keep your active board membership.
I just don't get it.

And for the record, I have always hated the people that seem to disappear till the last 2 weeks of the season and then try to get all their games in.
I feel that is not fair to their opponents.

I get that it sucks, but the active guys do realize when you signed up for this season, I'm guessing you knew this season would play out exactly like it has so far, right?

No shel and AJ, I can say that I wasn't expecting this season to play out like this.
Especially when buckeye posted that if you want to be IN, then you need to be active and he explained that you did not have to participate to keep your board access and that your ID would be disabled if you were not active.

So I was thinking we would actually have a season of active coaches.
I learned a lesson about some people.

Almost everyone that has a PS4 are the active coaches.
So not sure that makes sense to me.

Again, just irks me that people are so lazy and do not live up to their commitments.

I feel bad for the people on this list that are only on this list because their opponents are on it too, like Daw1git stated.

Better idea. How about giving some of us another team to play with ? I will take Vandy or Missouri and play as many as i can get in this week to get caught up ??

While I hate it, it is an unfortunate fact that this happens every season.
We always have guys that draft their team and then disappear.
Some reappear within the last 2 weeks or so of the season and try to cram all their games in at the end. Which again, is something I hate.

While I see what shel and AJ are saying that this should have been somewhat expected, I do hate the fact that guys did this.
But in that same breath, I want to say that there is no reason to call someone like weasel who gets his games in a dick.

I agree with him, relax man.

This season will be handled the same as every other season.
There will be no giving of teams to other owners. We will sim out the games that do not get played.
Those that used the scheduling threads will get credit for their games and we will go from there.

I thought it was goign to be a great year again, going out with a bang..and who says it will be the last game ever? You think they won't come out with another NCAA game ever? They will try to figure out something.

But regardless, someone stated before, I think it was Knapp, this is why this whole league was created, for NCAA, and why not send it out with a bang, and stay in here? Idk, I hate guys who wait till the end too, it ruins everything during the season, polls, stats, awards, write ups. Oh well though, like Niddler said, we can all harp on the bad, but instead we should be praising the good!
