Owner Felipe Flores & GM Pete Denson announced a rebranding of the NL Central Cookeville Gamecocks this afternoon. Stated GM Pete Denson, "We've had a rough few seasons since the move to Cookeville, but we believe we're ready to turn the corner now and have a more competitive team and start making playoff pushes again. With this new era we felt removing the old Gamecock name from our organization was a move that the fans could get behind, besides it's a cheesy looking logo and uniform."

"We're pleased to announce the arrival of the Cookeville Cubs to the NL Central and NDL OOTP League. We look forward to this new brand helping promote our goals of eventually over taking the evil Titans and well, really, we're hoping it helps increase our merchandising income...especially with all the new jerseys everyone will want to purchase with the star power we've recently brought in. "

Yes, I get the irony of switching to the Cubs and also hoping to start winning again.....

Can someone, nick, take the background out of his logo and repost?

For some reason, the photoshop I have, it removes the background, but as soon as I save the image as anything but PSD, it automatically puts it back.
I have tried as PNG, still puts it back.

Nevermind, I got it.
It opens in Photoshop as a PNG with a transparent background.
A program I was using to view it automatically made it white.

I got it to work in the game without a background.

And you are all set for Monday Wasted.
I will have to upload the images files and then you will have to grab them, from the first post in the 2033 season thread to get them.

Then you will have to go to the 2033 thread, the first post and grab the ballcaps, jerseys and images from there.

BTW.. Paint.net is a free editor that works great for guys that don't have Photoshop.
