2047 Winter Topic #5: Vote for NL and AL MVP

I think voting for NL and AL MVP would create immersion within the league, I think voting for this would be pretty easy and it allows us to choose in the game who we pick. The process for this we could work out, but i was thinking something along the lines of creating a post and have nominations for players and then creating a poll. If anyone has other ideas/ or this has been proposed in the past and was denied let me know!

I voted no, and here is why.

I like having the AI pick the MVP. We would either have people that wouldn't vote or vote for players that don't really deserve it. I think we should leave it as is. As long as Campbell is in the league no one else should win the Cy Young, maybe Plummer though

I don't even want to vote for All-Stars... I just like the game doing it. If I do it, I will very much halfass it by just selecting the guy with the highest WAR.

I want the AI to pick for MVP's and All Stars, etc.

also other than cosby or shel telling me their guy won MVP, I probably couldn't tell you another MVP in our league.

Basically the AI is objective and we are not.

It sucks Morrow didn't get the MVP bc of league switch. At least he beat out Grady.

See, i feel like it's not though? like if you look at the stats there is no way that Morrow should of got 2nd, he should of won it even with the league switch.

The way that I would want it to work would be, people that care would nomnate players that deserve to get nominations and then I can list the vital stats on the poll. It would take about 5 mins to see who the better player is and people voting wouldn't even have to go to the game to pick unless that want a more in-depth look at the stats.
