Presented to the nation's top placekicker by the Palm Beach Sports Commission. The award is named in honor of Lou "The Toe" Groza, who was a long-time star of the Cleveland Browns. As a result of his deadly field goal accuracy, he is regarded as the first kicker to be truly considered an offensive weapon.
