Has been released and it is greatness!

Lets start forming those online NDL bands.

The battle of the NDL Bands will be classic.

I should be on most of the day testing some of the new stuff out if anyone wants to rock.

I am with you and will be back with game in hand sometime around.... 2pm cst. I have to run to the closest possible Publix and satisfy my fix for a Publix sub (Publix has been in Orange Beach for a few months...... AHHH).

About to try the online with Brocam.

The set list is RIDICULOUS and the new sorting of songs is a perfect update. There is a lot more with solo tour and then the online tour.

We need to get some NDL guys together and make the band so we can get the online tour going.

How does this work Corey?

I never purchased Rock Band since most of my friends aren't into video games and wasn't going to play such a game alone but if the online integration works well, I may be in.

How much is the set? $189? With all of these games coming out, I am broke as hell. Don't even want to think about the debt I have accumulated in student loans.

Look at these games I have to buy before 2009:

Little Big Planet (end of this month I think now)

I believe the set is still $189 but you may be able to find a used RB1 set if you are looking to save some cash.

The online works as follow:

You can start a band (think 4 NDL guys). Form a band, do the world tour, different songs,different cities,setlists,get groupies all that good stuff.

You can do a battle of the bands. Say we have a couple NDL bands. We can have battles where it comes down to scores.

Or you can just jump online and do a jam like session with 2 to 4 people playing any songs you want.

Played some songs today with Brocam and Mrs. Brocam and it was a blast.

Will be interesting to see how many guys get this and we can get the tour and battles up and going...NDL style!!

I believe you can also have other people fill in for your online band in tour mode (if they can't play when the rest of the band is on). You also aren't stuck playing one instrument the whole time. You can interchange as much as you want.

I must say after only playing a handful of songs, this game is GOAT!!!! Ready to really dive into this thing tonight.

Was a blast Brocam.

Got a little band time in with MCX and Holmey. Awesome time as well.

Love how it rotates through everyone so they can pick a song instead of a band leader.

Once we play a little and start the online band tours and battles, this will be hard to put down.

I was out of town all weekend so I'll be picking mine up today after work and I'll be on tonight.
