You would have to replace your scout right?
BTW - I am about to fire my second trainer and he has only been on the job for 2 sims.
CF - Jesus Rivera was on waivers, I put a claim in, Get a email saying someone with higher claim has taken him, But I look at FA market and he is now a FA.
I just fired my scout last sim or 2 sims ago. He was legendary/oustanding with vets/minors/amateurs, but only had a 4 rating in internationals. He was also neutral.
Found a scout with legendary/oustandings in all 4 aspects, so I signed him, and he favors tools. I've only seen some minor difference in his ratings compared to the other guy so far.
I'm just hoping he finds me a stud prospect or 2 here and there.

Also, WPS will be joining us, taking over Atlanta. He'll be in this weekend / early next week. I'll handle his team name change/adjustments during the off-season. Welcome to the group WPS.
That does still leave a quality team in SXC available. Feel free to recruit for it. I will ask that the new owner keep the team in a relatively reasonable region, as it relates to the rest of that division. We just had a major realignment and I'd like to avoid anything big for a few seasons.

Sure SXC had a good sim on the road however Colorado just went 5-1 taking 2 of 3 from SoCal, shutting them out twice and then sweeping LolCats, we don't fear the Explorers!

Yeah. Not suggesting you do it as a test, lol. Just saying, huge difference sometimes. I changed from one extreme to the other a season or so ago. Pretty eye opening.
we should try to fill these 2 CPU teams with real owner ASAP. CPU run teams end up buried in debt. pretty sure a license is only $20. 2 news guys could split it.
Both teams are actually "good"
talked to woopigsooie... peay should take over as well.
After reading through the posts yesterday and today, and seeing everyone's passion for this league, I'm really interested in joining up.
HAHA awesome... you and peay can split the cost of the game (what is it, $20-$30? now)

So why did I not get him ??
I put a claim in also and checked. CPU released him outright before waivers finished. They took the cap hit. If that's the wackiest thing they do, I'm ok with that. If I remember right, he had no options and was on a 480k contract.

How do we split the cost?
Each game comes with 2 licenses. They are suggesting that 1 of the 2 new owners buys the game, the other guy sends him 1/2 the cost and they each take a license.

One person buys it. Upon purchasing it and downloading the software, they send you a code to activate your purchase.
That code can be used on 2 PCs. So if you buy it, Peay can PayPal you half the cost, and you can send him the code, and you both use the same code to get started.
