Thats because really there is nothing new anyone is running in college football, just different variations of the same thing. The only offense the game doesn't have a decent representation of is Gus Malzahn's offense, and sort of Urban Myers, or the ability to motion the rb from one side to another, or slot to hb position out of 5 wide. The later though, no team really does as that is more of a HS offense.
But in terms of plays , there is really nothing new, besides maybe adding trick plays, but who honestly expects them to get that right, without it being either broken, or over effective.
