I saw it on the ticker on the B1G Network. that anytime there is a rape allegation that the university will conduct an investigation whether the law enforcement has conducted theirs or not or have cleared the person or not. Kinda makes no sense to me, just regurgitating what I read.

My co-worker's son is the starting QB for Arizona, Mr Soloman. Tough game out there in SA and they didnt cover. Shit's crazy. That first play from scrimmage looked pretty great for Arizona, I thought I was going to the book after that one. Did nothing of the sort lol

They were supposed to conduct it within 70 days of the incident but never did. Willie Meggs, the DA, said he didn't see any reason for conducting the investigation either since no new information or evidence has turned up in the case.
