Shel Notes -
Spoiler!
Four members of the group are considered among the top 50 players in Florida this year. By comparison, Texas has pledges from seven players in the top 50 of Texas. The Longhorns’ recruiting class suddenly looks a lot better with 11 top 50 players from Texas and Florida combined.
Commited:
S, Tim Irvin, Miami Westminster Christian - son of former Miami standout of same name; nephew of Michael Irvin
CB, Davante Davis, Miami Washington - long, tall cornerback who chose Texas over Florida State among dozens of others
LB, Cecil Cherry, Lakeland Victory Christian - MVP of Florida state championship game; good friends with Chris Nelson, a freshman DT at Texas

Where do you think they are now? Them having the number one pick should tell you. I disagree with your assessment though. Give him a year on the bench and he'll be good in the pros. If Tampa does something about their line. That is where they are really hurting.
