Not a Kobe fan either. I can't explain how impressive I think that is, i just can't get over it.
How'd he know it was coming? Did he know? Even if he knew, not flinching just seems impossible.

Re: NBA 2015-2016 Thread
I remember this from waaaaaay back in the day and it was a Barnes/Kobe thing that he did it all the time was my understanding so he was ready for it.
Maybe I am dreaming that up but I totally remember Barnes and him having a "thing".

Re: NBA 2015-2016 Thread
Kobe finished 7 of 26, 4 for 17 from 3.@BaxterHolmes
Kobe says he sensed PHI players were in awe after he hit first 3 shots: “[Like] ‘Holy crap, is this going to be an 81-[point] situation?'”
Those first 3 shots were all 3s so he proceeded to make 1 of his next 14 3s.

Re: NBA 2015-2016 Thread
I read that Philly of all the guys whov'e played for Philly this season, every single one of them have been 24 or younger.
The fact that Byron Scott allows and basically advocates for Kobe to continue to take this many shots is pretty much incompetent. They have 3 promising young players, but let's just waste a year of their development so Kobe can shoot 18 times per game at a 30% clip. It's absurd.
Stolen thought from Twitter...older guys always talk about younger guys disprecting the game blah blah blah. How are Kobe and Byron Scott not disprecting the game by what Kobe is doing this season? I(t's pretty far out there.

cause they are TOUGH! they are CLUTCH! HAVE HEART!
just be thankful we're at the point now where we realize that he played so bad last night and this year. there was a time not so long ago people would have said 'yeah but he still had 20!'
the avg fan is catching up even if its painfully slow.

No, its more like you were a reliever in the bullpen in the clubhouse taking a dump when he hit his first homer 3 days ago and you didn't notice when you came back.

If Steph Curry continues his pace this season, he will make more 3s this season+last season than Larry Bird made in his entire career.

The amazing Warriors facts never get old :
Bench update 1. Biggest drop from starters to bench: DET, GS, OKC, HOU. GS bench is 2nd best in Lg, but starters are just great.
