Tom Crean is in all likelihood on his way out as IU's coach. The flight trackers on the IU message boards are having a field day. A plane flew from Bloomington to St. Louis yesterday and then back to Indy. Another plane flew from Wichita to Bloomington today. All this is pointing to Gregg Marshall as the next coach at IU, which I love.

Crean is so comically bad as a game day coach. It's painful to watch. He gets talented kids tho

The in-state recruiting is horrible too. Indiana has 4 top 100 seniors this year and none of them seriously considered IU. Romeo Langford (#3 junior in the country) and Eric Hunter (second best junior in the state) have already pretty much eliminated IU too. Meanwhile, Tim Priller is still on scholarship at IU. His only other offer was to Incarnate Word.
Luke Kennard has turned out to be a helluva player. Kid was always a hard worker, but I thought he might hit a wall when the level of competition increased and he couldn't bully a lot of the guys guarding him. Good for him. Awesome kid.
