Are relievers ratings fixed?
Any changes to the range of guys that is noticeable?
Any changes to guys in comparison to fragile in ‘18 that you’ve seen in ‘19 at a different rating?

It does appear the relievers ratings are fixed. Believe it was Ted that also pointed out that 6 of the 80 rated guys were RP's.

Even though players OVR and POTs have changed, the actual ratings have not. At least from the ones I've looked at. Oliver, for example, still has 121/65/67 for his stuff/move/control in 19 but now his OVR and POT are 75/75.

Haven't looked a ton at other teams, but the guys I have that are fragile are still fragile, durable still durable, etc.

That formidable pitching staff of Billy's has taken quite a hit on the OVR/POT's though. The five guys combined average 59 OVR

I think you're missing the point. It's not a matter of players getting worse. The OVR/POT ratings are more true instead of everyone being over rated. Those 80 pitchers that are not really 80's have seen their value drop while their actual ratings (stuff!/movement /control) did not.

So what you are saying then is that the guys we know are awesome aka Boston and the guys we know are over rated and non-blue deserving, aka Richmond shine true now?
