The suspension of state tests are due to the comprehensive topics that are on these tests will be very diffict to pass with the amount of lost time over the last year and a half. This is not why we are out of the top ten.

I don't even know that I fully understand the situation but as I do understand it, Biden basically pulled the troops with no warning. Problem is, there are US citizens still there who are now stuck with no protection. To not have a coordinated plan to keep them safe while removing troops is indefensible if that's truly what happened here.
