BADGERBACKER wrote:Head on a swivel - looked like a clean block to me. It was not below the waist. Brett's helmet and shoulder hit him in the midsection and the definition per the NFL is "4. Crackback: Eligible receivers who take or move to a position more than two yards outside the tackle may not block an opponent below the waist if they then move back inside to block."
Good to see the same group crying and complaining though. Nothing changes which is nice to know.
You obviously did not watch that close enough, his initial impact on Wilson was definately at the knees, slow the video down and freeze it at impact, his inside shoulder his hitting eugene at the knee, you can see it also in the way his leg buckles had the impact been at the waist Wilson would have bounced sort of sideways from the momentum of the block.. NOt his legs completely going out from underneth him.. It was a crapping block, and not clean.
While I agree that, according to the rules, this was an illegal block, I just want to reiterate that I hate every football rule change over the past ten years.
Fuck slowing it down and initial impact - look at the damn rule. I guess I am looking at a wrong angle as I only have the back where it clearly show above the waist contact. Just fucking face it - Farve's a bad mother fucker taking bitches out - reap it Texan fans you bleeding once a month bitches.

It was bush league like you originally said AJ.
I'm a Vikings fan and even I can tell you it was dirty and that I cannot stand Brett Favre. Really can't believe the organization payed this clown 25 million dollars for 2 years.
