Seriously, great OC but terrible HC. He has done well at Bama IMO because of the no interview policy. Guy can't help but fuck it up with his mouth.

It's USF, not another big 5 school

Maybe it will affect recruiting depth but I don't see them challenging Miami for the elite talent that can really change a team
