Naw, Tenn tech aint my school ( UTK grad here) Lived here in Cookeville ( Home of the golden eagles) for 25 years. I have taken a class or two in my college days there though

I thought you did.
Boy did I take a bath last night. This job is seriously hurting my ability to look at these games. From the time I wake up (8AM) to the time the game starts, I don't have more than four fucking consecutive minutes to look at anything.

I try to make a rule of at least guessing lines on the next day's card before i look anything, if not spending time on games I expect to be looking into further. I think that's the best way to prepare because it gives you an idea of why lines are what they are and it puts major differences into the perspective of Vegas making a mistake or the line being that way for a reason.
For instance, Syracuse is probably going to be a 7-8pt favorite at home tomorrow against Cincinnati. The line won't be out til about 530, but I think the Cuse are going to murder them so i'm setting my line at about 10-11 and if they make it short of that I'll play the Orange on the open. If not, I'll tip my cap to a good line and look elsewhere
