thats the official court document or whatever im not a lawyer. the interesting part is skip down to the FBI affidavid on page 3, paragraph 9. if they infact have the videos that this guy decribes, then it sounds like very convincing evidence that proves it without a doubt. paragraphs 13 and 14 are the videos i really want to see.

If I may be allowed to gripe about this, if you have your new and cool Iphone 5, how do you not get this all on video?

All of the remnants from the bombs they set off are pretty crazy, but I guess that means none of them went off properly in that it only created a plume of smoke and no big explosion like at the marathon?

there is a pretty decent video of the gunfight out there.
