WAR doesn't specifically but who bats around you certainly can have an effect on your performance.

Has no effect on your war tho.
The only stat that others effect is RBIs.

Fun fact - bad teams usually have bad wars cause the players are bad hence the results. Shocker I know.

So you don't think the range of pitches thrown to a good player changes based on how good the player behind him is?
