Re: NFL Thread
Browns Super Bowl Contenders?!?
That is what ESPN will lead you to believe. I just don't see it just yet. These guys need to learn how to win together first before they become contenders. I think they go to the playoffs but 7-1 odds to win the Super Bowl. GTFO

Re: NFL Thread
its actually kinda surprising how many signings and movement there have been and how little this thread got posted in. I just think there were way too many things happening at once. I read about a big signing and before I finished the article there were 2 more

Re: NFL Thread
I'm surprised how little Bell got from the Jets. He wanted record breaking numbers last year and he hardly got that.

Re: NFL Thread
I am surprised he even got that. The RB position has be devalued. I do not know who is advising him but they are an idiot and botched that entire situation. He gave up 14 mil last year and he did not make up for that in this contract.

I agree with you George. I am a huge Browns fan, have been for 30+ years, but we need to see if the new head coach can manage these egos first.
What happens when Landry, OBJ, Calloway, Chubb, Hunt and Njoku are all crying cause hey want the ball more?
I am excited though. It is nice to have this situation rather than the Browns usual.

Kareem Hunt suspension finally in, 8 games.
Solid deal for the Browns. Got a great player for cheap, and he he'll be fresh for the 2nd half of the season, and they only have to pay him half of that cheap salary too.

Re: NFL Thread
Remember when Tyreek Hill beat the mother of his unborn child 3 or 4 years ago?
Now Hill is being investigated for breaking that kid's arm.
Adrian Peterson got 1 year on a first offense for using a switch that left marks on his kid. Based on that, would seem 2 years would be the minimum here.
Luckily, the NFL has Roger Goodell so we don't have to worry as we know he won't fuck it up.

No way they would let that go legally. But, it's Florida, so we'll see it via leak in a few weeks.
