Two doctors have told Jets offensive lineman Kelechi Osemele that he needs surgery to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder, Osemele says. But the Jets believe the 30-year-old left guard can play through the injury and postpone surgery until the end of the season, and are reportedly planning to fine or suspend Osemele for conduct detrimental to the team if he doesn’t practice this weekend

And he missed a practice, and he did get fined.

He's also played the last 3 weeks with the injury and he's said the Toradol didn't really help to control the pain. These dudes are crazy.
