i have a small pool at my building (50ft long) so doing a lot of the training they suggest is really hard and swimming is hard, in general.

I think I need to get a swim coach.

I swam growing up, helped a ton w asthma. If you've never had a lesson before, getting proper form is a huge help

I used to be on a swim and dive team my freshman and sophomore year in HS. I was just fucking around on the diving boards and the dive/swim coach saw me and asked if I wanted to compete. I told him I couldn't because it interfered with baseball. He let me come to the practices that I could make when I wasn't playing baseball. I took 3rd 2 years in a row for diving in the city with literally zero training. Did well enough in the breast stroke to compete but never placed.

I do the breast stroke every night before I go to sleep. Wife doesn't seem to mind...

I've been telling other portfolio managers I chat with that I thought there was gonna be a huge cyber attack soon cause of the weird activity in some of the cyber security stocks I had been seeing. I thought it was gonna be banks attacked but it seems like they got a lot of hospitals in England. crazy reading some of the stories about the way it crippled these hospitals and they couldn't access anything or perform any surgeries for hours.

gotta be the worst nightmare and a complete legal mess... corey, you guys ever have shit like this happen?
