he did a great job building the program, he left to get his 'dream job' which i have no issue with but he can't come back after that.
i believe in giving 100% into something, once the other side doesn't give 100% back, i'm never getting suckered back into giving 100%. so i could never rehire him.
i don't blame the school... its not like they have a million options lined up, but it just goes against my beliefs.

Why is it only the "stars" or top 10 prospects that get to sit out? In theory, doesn't every projected draftee have something to lose by playing ?

some gain a lot by playing though, risk/reward is different for every player.
