and for what I believe will be my first triple post ever it appears that slightly over half the league voted for all-stars so for the half that did not I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart.... you suck

This offense is just a mess. Keep hoping they'll snap out of it but guess I need to accept the fact that they're horrid this year.

But people reference Cookeville in the AL vs NL battle as a great team!!
Keep your head up!

Doesn't really matter much but some of the stats on the website do not match.
If you look at ARod's 2019 season in his player profile, it shows he had a 14.7 WAR, but if you look at the all time leaderboard for single season WAR, it shows he had an 11.45 WAR.
I knew I wasn't going crazy as I've found a few old seasons where I was just certain those guys had different WARs than I remembered all along.

I am excited I landed some IFA's. The lone Aussie Ronnie Hanscombe looks like he will shape up to be a solid middle infielder, or wherever he decides to play.

Your pitching staff sure has made up for it this season. That rotation is scary.
Meanwhile I'm just having a hell of a time staying healthy. I have a bad feeling about this stretch run for the Aces.

We had to give the Beef a tour of Dave Morris' Slaughterhouse

I think you meant where good prospects go to be groomed to traded to other teams then become really good.
A little wordy, but more accurate.

Boston caps off an excellent first half of the season with a tough series loss to Richmond but at 65-25 I cant complain.
Things are going very good....almost too good.

Much more efficient.

Pat Bradshaw has always been a steady, consistent catcher for me. Good offensive production combined with elite defense. However this season he has taken his offense to a whole new level. I was actually kind of surprised he wasn't voted as the starter for the NL, but Acosta having a terrific year as well so I can't say it was a bad selection.
Career high in WAR is 5.7. On pace for 8.4 this year.
Career high in HR is 19. On pace for 35 this season.
Career high in RBI is 81. On pace for 115 this seaon.
Career high in triples is 2. Already has 4 this season on pace for 7.
Doubt he'll keep this pace up but damn has he been big for me. Between him and Toby Carter I'm not sure who's been more of a pleasant surprise.
Now just waiting for the inevitable positive drug test for Bradshaw.

He's aging quite nicely for a catcher with a monster season.
