did this update fuck with player demands? Delgado was wanting like 23 per avg and now all of a sudden he wants 10 avg for a long term deal?

close OOTP
Navigate to your NDL.lg/settings/ folder and delete your online_league_file_time.cfg file.
Restart OOTP and try to download again.

Good to go now. Forced close OOTP and then opened it back up. It opened up with the correct in game date

i used g2a for 17 i think and had no problems, not really sure where the keys come from though. I think its like $23 on G2A
