My thoughts exactly.

jsence, you obviously care!

You have posted several messages in a few threads stating things that show you care.
Stuff about Nevada being ahead of you, stuff about you not being in people's top 25....to name a few off the top of my head.

It is ok that you care. I am a competitive person too.
But stop denying it man.

No, I honestly don't care what the end result for me was.....that's what point you're missing.

What I care about is seeing the voting be more consistent and feeling like people actually took their time with the polls, and (to a maturity standpoint) that we're not holding grudges when we vote for certain people. I was using me/Nevada just as an example because we were two teams with almost identical SOS but there was a huge gap. It wasn't about him being ahead of me--I could care less about that--it was about there being this sudden massive gap that didn't make sense; just like it didn't make sense to see Pitt being ranked in the teens or unranked in some cases; just like it didn't make sense for me to get votes inside the top 9  I'm not the only person who has made this point, but because I used a reference point, I get called out. Oh well, some people can't actually see what I'm saying, they only see who is saying it.

BCS bowl would've been nice, sure....but I probably would've gotten destroyed so there's not much fun in that.

....where did I make an observation about my bowl game?

I've made observations about the voting that was done. Not once have I complained about my position in the polls; not once have I complained about my bowl game; not once have I even said that Nevada shouldn't have been ahead of me.

Like I said....read what I actually wrote, instead of just simply seeing who wrote it. Others have echoed my sentiments, even to the point of saying that I said what they were thinking. C'mon now, reading is fundamental Peay.

I understand what you are saying...
You and I have always been cool with each other. You know I don't care that it is you saying it versus someone else.

Like I said, to me, people that put Missouri that high, I just don't understand it.
But we have these discussions every single season.

We know that some people do their homework, like me, and I still leave teams like you out by accident.
We know there are some guys that vote just to get the voting credit.
There is not much we can do about any of it.
We cannot tell someone that their opinion is wrong. It is THEIR opinion.

And again, I do understand what you are saying, but it still makes me laugh that you say you don't care.
I know I care. I have been in those arguments/discussions with you in the past about people not caring who they vote for.

I am just past all that. I realized that nothing we can do will make them change the way they do what they do.
It is something we have to live with and move on.

Again, I don't recall (if I did, then I apologize) telling anybody they were wrong; I simply made observations. And I didn't even notice you left me out....I'm beating you by 36 this season

Jsense wont you please just all post what we were thinking with peays storyline and admit that was some funny shit.

You can never just quite ever say, "you know what you guys are right.". Then drop it.

Finally no one has still noticed the point that if you had this season with ecu four seasons ago this would have been the same issue. A lOt of peoPle don't care too much for you, and it will reflect in the polls. I've found that same fate. You Eventually get over it, I take it this is the grieving process.

i like to exaggerate the fact that personal feelings enter polls a "ton".

there is only one guy i would 100% leave off any poll i ever vote in even if he was the only 12-0 team.

he isnt here anymore so it isnt an issue
