I'm way under, but for me, there were no Type As remotely worth their contract AND the top 3 pick I would be giving up, so I'm not offering any big time contracts for that reason. Call it moneyball or whatever you want, I'm gonna make the decisions that I feel are best for my team, not just spend money for the sake of spending it.

Norcal, sitting at 107 million, with 21 dudes on their roster, has 100 million left over. Clearly you're not using it all and all it's doing is driving up FA's asking prices
Sheltown.. 152 million, spent $60 million thus far. And you complain about the prices of players!! I wish I had an extra $100 million sitting in my back pocket

I understand FA is still going on, but how can you guys possibly complain about how much they want?!?!?

Rough numbers.. We as a league have 2.893 billion.. and we've spent 1.904 billion on players... thats 989 MILLION!!! available. thats on average 49.45 million per team extra...wild
