I just remember that about Beamer because back when Victor Harris was coming out of high school his final two were Virginia Tech and Michigan. He had some type of house fire and burned his forearm before he made his decision, that bonded him with Beamer and he was off to the Hokies.

all i got to see besides USC-Vandy that I DVR'd was Alabama go up 21-0 and VT's possession in OT.

Worst opening weekend in college football for me in terms of time viewing, sad to say the next couple weekends could be worse too
