Yea we are on week 7 I believe.... some tough matchups this week with Ole Miss going vs Alabama and Duke vs Miami and Michigan State vs Ohio State. Should be a good one.

Can Michigan State stay unbeaten?
Can UCLA beat Stanford and win a game?
Can Ole Miss beat his third ranked team this season?

I will be writing something this weekend about our progress so far.

Keep up the good work guys....hopefully we can get this season done before next weekend :)

Just eeked out a win against OSU, in an absolute shootout. Needed a TD from Ringer with :27 left to win. That Buckeye offense honestly moved the ball at will against this defense. Ill post the pic from the winning TD later.

Also, for the offseasons, what do you guys think about having a 24hr deadline? The 'weeks' only take but 15 mins to do, otherwise the offseasons will take about a week and a half. Plus, Blues can skip things like "players leaving" (bc of the glitch) and player improvement just to help move it along. Just an idea.

I FUCKING suck at defense. I go into half time down 21-7 thanks to a KO return for a TD right after I scored and got some MO and then 2 INT returns for a TD, the second one coming right at halftime where his Impact Safety jumped 3 yards to the right to somehow get in front of my receiver and make the pick.

With all that I did come roaring back in the third quarter to be up 35-24 on some nice running by Lucky and some nice passing. Only for the 4th quarter to begin with a shootout. :45 into the 4th ISU scores on a 7 yard pass and 2pt conversion to bring it within 3, 35-32. I score on a 34 yard run by Lucky with 3:33 to play, 42-32. 2:39 to play ISU has a 21 yard TD pass to make it 42-39. Now here is where it gets fun. 1:12 left, ISU scores on a 75 yard 4th down pass to go up 42-46. I march down the field with some good passing to Brooks and Cotton and score with :37 seconds left in the game to go up 49-46. Just to get bullshitted out of a win by a 68 yard pass that I intercepted with :03 left in the game.

Anyone have some suggestions on how to stop the pass? There is no way I should be losing to Iowa State like this.

Cross your fingers. In my other dynasty I have the last ranked pass defense in the nation.

Yea but you pass for 500 yards a game and 200 yards rushing a game. I can hardly get 300 yards passing with about 4INT's.

Ill also be in the league leaders for sacks allowed and picks, its just a matter of time :)

Everyone is up to date. Buckeye got in his game and he says Hawaii played like Florida, must have went 33-36 passing.

So how is everyones recruiting going? I had 2 guys commit the first week when I offered them a Scholarship and then I just got my 3rd recruit to commit. So far I have two 4 star recruits (DE and T) and a 2 star recruit (FS). I see Blues got my Guard that I was trying to pry away from the SEC area, I ended up pulling his scholarship offer around week 4. I've dropped a couple of guys already and added guys that were more likely to commit to Nebraska but most of them are 2 and 3 star guys. I'm hoping the nice win against Iowa State can get a couple of soft commits, had 4 or 5 guys attend that game.

BTW, I'm done with my week. I have off tomorrow, they call it a training holiday but its just a day to recoop from the Super Bowl, so I'll have my game in early.

Ill get my game in later tonight.

I think Ive cornered the market on average three star recruits. I set my sights low to start the season, and the unexpected success has lead to the players looking happy to join. Im not complaining

See i tried to get the best recruits i could. FSU beat me for this awesome WR i wanted.... i was 2nd in line and although he gave them a soft verbal I am hoping he has a horribly day with them and they can come to my team :)

I got a 3 star RB, 4 Star Guard and 4 Star DT...... I am close to getting some other good prospects. I am pretty happy and I will be even more happy in 4 weeks when i get more recruits. The game vs Auburn next week will be really tough as they are ranked 5 i believe and i think i could lose and they have prospects that I am interested in visiting that week so a win would make them want to go to my team probably :)

Ole Miss will be a force next season :)

Holy crap!! Washington jumped out to a 21 - 0 lead on me at the end of the first quarter and then 28 - 7 midway through the 3rd quarter by way of the 7, I'll type it again 7 friggin Ints thrown by my qb's. 2 of them probably should have been picked the rest were unbelievable. Anyways I managed to tie the game up with 5 seconds left in regulation and eventually won in the 3rd OT.

I've had a little luck on the recruiting front as well considering the nightmare I took over. I had 20 recruits visiting the first week I had ND with most of them not having been recruited much at all. I cut it down to 14 and have the rest coming back week 10 so I could actually find out what was important to them. Anyways I was able to grab the #1 and #5 CB's and a 4 star QB. I've also got a soft commit from the #2 HB and have the #1 QB maxed out in interest.
