I would like to be a spender but I need middle infield help and there is slim pickings in FA who can actually play D.

Omaha should be spending his ass off in FA as his drafting, trading, and talent evaluation skills seem to be lacking and should not be relied on as a means for success.

Please be aware of the upcoming sim schedule.
Sunday will be when the Rule 5 draft pool is announced.
Please send all lists to me by 7am Monday morning as the sim will be delayed that morning to do the draft.
Monday is when the draft will actually occur and we move right into 2 week sims so get those FA offers out there!!

Always fascinating to watch the battles for these international free agents. Carlos Lopez, Mario Gomez, and Alberto Oliveira all got paid handsomely so how high will Juan Carlos Gamboa and Norberto Gonzalez go?

Meanwhile I snagged the rookie of the year, SP Motsuzaki, for a 7.2 mill for 6 years. I got lucky with that one.
I am in the game for Norberto, working on driving up that price....
