OK...

I created new account. PW and email worked fine.

I go to try and download Ironic and it says...

"This PS3 system cannot be activated. This content cannot be used. 5 PS3 systems are already activated for your account. To activate this system, you must deactivate another ps3 system."


Downing - I think you have to delete sarge's account, then I will be able to download. Or he has to delete his own account.

Keep me posted when this is done and I'll try again.

Deleting Sarge's account won't work because then he won't have access to the songs he already got. Just curious, did you try and download the song Ironic, or another one. Since the PW changed, Sarge shouldn't have access to Ironic, but would have probably already downloaded all of the other songs. I would have guessed it would have worked for you, but I guess not. Just confirm what you tried to download and I'll created a new profile tonight if necessary.

I've been swamped at work, just leaving now actually. If I get a chance tonight, I'll take care of it, but if anyone has the time, go for it. I suggest each of us buying the $20 PSN cards and activating ourselves, that will be easiest. If there is a big objection to that, I can get them and you can paypal me.

Dumb question, but how and where can I pick up a psn card?

I usually get mine at Target.

Should we start a new thread for this? It might be easier to follow as I am sure the nomination/voting will come fast and furious once everyone is set up.
