Porzingis and the Greek Freak on the same team? That would be my new favorite team.

Adrian Wojnarowski @wojespn The Boston Celtics are finalizing a trade to send Avery Bradley to Detroit, league sources tell ESPN.

Looks like it's for Marcus Morris. Not sure why BOS did the sone, I really like Bradley's game.

I mean thats just par for the course and probably low considering that guys like Hardaway are getting $75mil and shit.

Heat are going to be a fun team! Not a great one, but a fun one!

Let's all take a moment to laugh at the Knicks...
@BobbyMarks42
Tim Hardaway Jr. was traded for Jerian Grant who was traded for Derrick Rose who was renounced so NYK could sign Hardaway Jr. for $71M.

the average rotational player has to be making close to 12-15 mil at this point.

the average all star is probably close to 22-25

with that math, it seems like they are getting pretty fair value.

Waiters, JJ and TJ were really good last year. Whiteside and Dragic are borderline all-stars. Olynyk is a wildcard. i get his value on this team and i think he'll probably fit well but who knows until he gets on the floor.

i love JJ, i think they actually got him really cheap. He's a unique player that there aren't many of in the league. he has ability to play 4 positions offensively and guard 3-4 positions defensively, he can handle the ball, hold his own shooting and plays selfless. If he had played in Miami for 5 years before this deal rather than in a franchise that used him as a fringe player he'd be getting near max type money.

the biggest issue in Miami like i said last night is Winslow. They were so good late in the year because they played with great effort defensively, had versatile players who can defend, shoot 3's and pass the ball. Winslow can't shoot, if he's on the court its going to really hurt that ball movement and open 3 point shooting cause teams will cheat off him whereas last year they couldn't cheat off guys.

I had such high hopes for Winslow if he could get his shooting up to par as he was pretty great defensively.

He looks to be on his way out of town soon it may seem.

Remember when Danny Ainge offered 4 1st round picks, one being one of the Nets picks, for the Winslow draft pick and Riley said nah?

Yikes

Reading up on it, he made that offer, 6 picks in total, to the Hornets first. And MJ said nah, we'll still with Frank Kaminsky

Then Ainge shuffled on over to Riley, who also said nah.

1) take anything Ira says or tries to rationalize with a grain of salt... hes the jsence of basketball reporting. he goes as far as to even write fake questions to himself

2) without knowing the details of the picks, its impossible to even debate it

3) Riley isn't an idiot and there is no shot he'd have passed on potential of Nets pick
