Didn’t see that coming.
Wait a sec, did Boston just give himself the 1 seed with just a two game lead????
We've only had it for the last umpteen years.

So yea.
Richmond is so cute. :)

Miami does not have a #5 SP and none in the system are ready. This is rough

thankfully Akio "20 Inch Dubs" Yokayama has not pitched like a complete piece of shit this yr so thats been nice.

TIL Tim Jenkins is still in the league, amassing a sterling 60BB : 35K mark over the past 2 seasons while earning 23M annually

Philip Jenkins on the other hand, went 2-0 and 16 scoreless versus Miami and Dillonvale respectively as Sheltown looks to avoid finishing under .500 in a year where they acquired Todd and Bryan

likewise, Miami thinking about a fire sale but getting ball shredding offers, decides to just go with it and is 20 wins above .500 and in the playoffs. OOTP 18 sucked

All In?

My payroll is in the bottom half of the league.

well youre 16th in payroll so i mean bottom half is technically true but youre the best in the bottom half. Add in the increases to all those arbs to about 107m it projects (prolly more). your 125m budget thta has to include coaching, scouting, dev, draft money, and your lack of actual prospects, and the fact your 2 big buys (Todd/Bryan) are like 40 of your 92m payroll (so almost 50%), i'd say that constitutes as "all in". But hey, what do I know? Im going to the playoffs this yr.

Too much wrong in that post to break down each one.

At any rate, you're "all in" take was wrong. It's ok to be wrong sometimes.

NIck agreed with me on my Agano called just this season.

Nick also acknowledged how it made no sense how his team was good this season.

Nick says lots of things...

Playoff Update:

Lincoln currently holds a 1 game lead over Cincy for the final playoff spot that is up for grabs. SF holds just a 2 game lead over Cincy so his late season collapse could really turn ugly if he misses out on the playoffs.

Greeks and Direwolves are tied for the 2 seed in the AL

OCD now just 1 back of the Crabs for the AL East

The Greeks had some big injuries this year but Reyes has been back a few weeks and next week I get Ruiz and Alfonso back. We are throwing Ruiz right back in to the fire so I hope he is rested and ready to mash
