and shel.
June 1, 2000 — Day 7: Police officers testify that Lewis’s original police statement on Jan. 31 was riddled with lies. Lewis at first denied knowing the names of the people in his limo. He then later identified some of the people in the car, including Oakley (who he called “A.J. Johnson,” an alias). He also originally denied knowing somebody’s head had been cut but later said Oakley “had his head busted.” Lewis refused to sign the statement, saying he had to leave for the Pro Bowl in Hawaii and would answer questions later.
June 5, 2000 — Lewis agrees to a plea bargain —
his murder and aggravated assault charges are dropped in exchange for his testimony against Sweeting and Oakley. As part of the deal, he also pleads guilty to obstruction of justice (for telling people in his limo to keep quiet) and receives a year of probation.
lol, so now hes an associate to murder, AND a snitch. And now he has the nerve to look up to God and all his greatness.
You underlined the wrong part, that showed I was right
Vick admitted to the crime he committed. Lewis admitted to the crime he committed. What's the difference? Other than Vick's felony and Lewis's misdemeanor, of course.

Were eyewitnesses saying that OJ tried to stop the fight that killed his wife? Did those eywitnesses say that the other party that killed his wife started the fight? Were gun casings found near his wife that friends of the victims admitted to firing?

eye witnesses said Lewis tried stopping it?

Jan. 31, 2000 — Keven Brown, a security guard from Decatur, Georgia, later tells authorities that before he helped break up the fight, he saw a “very intoxicated” Lewis exiting the club. Lewis, in his subsequent testimony, says he tried to stop the fight. Other witnesses will say they saw Lewis throw a punch, though none saw him wielding a knife. (Georgia law dictates that “any party who did not directly commit the crime may be convicted for the commission of the crime upon proof that the crime was committed and that he was a party thereto, despite the outcome of the one who directly committed the crime.”)
but it doesnt matter. he snitched to get off his charges lol.

So you're basically saying he's a snitch, but then if he doesn't snitch, you're saying he's a criminal.
Bold stance there.
And why do you keep posting links that prove exactly what I say? I do appreciate it, though.

No. He admitted and plead guilty to a crime he committed...which is what I said.

Did he admit to murder? He was charged with murder, and it was dropped cause he ratted out his buddies, and got a slap on the wrist charge.
So once again, did he admit to murder?
did you not read the part where it says in Georgia law, being apart of a party that kills someone (his party did) makes you accountable too?

Why do you keep asking me a question that I just answered? Relax man, relax.
I think you're misinterpreting that law just a little bit lol. Without even getting into that, did you know that his 2 friends were actually found not guilty of killing those 2 dudes?
So, since you brought up the law, in the eyes of the law, Lewis was NOT part of a party that killed someone because his party did not, so you're wrong there. I'm guessing you didn't know that part?
Nick's argument:
- Lewis should admit to murder, whether he did it or not
- If he doesn't and rats out his friends, he's a snitch
- If he doesn't rat out his friends, he's a criminal!
- Did that cover it?

Convenient timing there, I figured you would give up after my last post.
Not sure how you would go about stikcing to your argument since you boxed yourself in because you didn't know his 2 friends were found not guilty, thus ruining your Georgia law you bolded and thought you had me with.
Win some lose some, keep trying, you'll do better next time, buddy.

You brought up that law, not me, right? We're speaking based on the law, which is what you wanted to do, right?
So Nick, how can Ray Lewis be guilty of a murder because he was with a party of friends who was found not guilty of murder?
What party was Lewis a member of, again speaking in law terms because that is what you wanted, murdered those 2 dudes?
I would like to think even you could admit you were wrong and that your bolded law doesn't apply here, but I guess not

Shel, do you think OJ killed his wife and that guy?
also, IF Ray Lewis wasnt involved or didnt murder them, why did he get sued twice, which he paid out of court, and 1 time even had a confidentiality agreement? I mean, he didnt murder those guys, he should of fought it and won, instead of settling (apparently for a mil each) out of court. Thats silly, an innocent man paying millions to a family he has no relationship with.

Fact, reality, and law are all seperate issues nick. Ray Lewis is innocent of murder, oj is innocent of murder, mj is innocent of molesting children based on law. Is that fact or reality? Maybe it is or maybe it isn't.

This is Nick's Hail Mary from his own 15 yard line.
Asking me what my favorite color is is about as relevant to this discussion as asking me if I think OJ killed his wife lol.
Why did you run away from the law you bolded so quickly? I haven't heard you bring it up or try to respond to any of my replies to it. Thought that was pretty odd that you just abandoned it like that.

On April 29, 2004, Lewis reached a settlement with four-year-old India Lollar, born months after the death of her father Richard, pre-empting a scheduled civil proceeding. Lewis also reached an undisclosed settlement with Baker's family
what a good guy ray lewis is. had nothing to do with the killing but he gave the murdered family some money, undisclosed. WHat a good person. Thats why God wanted them to win on Sunday
