The market is insane right now here and all over the country I am sure.

Our house has doubled in value in 2.5 years. Tempting to sell but where the hell are we going to go?

Work change for them to relocate?

Yeah, took a promotion within Lockheed at a different location. They were only in a new build for 6 months and made 30% on it. That said, they did some house hunting over the weekend and saw the other side of it. Asking prices are simply starting bids, and you better be willing to make an offer on the spot, waive all contingencies, and at times come with cash. Its absolutely insane

Good for him.

The California invasion of Texas is in its full swing right now. $50k+ over asking at minimum, buying these houses without even seeing them and waiving everything.

I met 2 couples this weekend alone. One from SF one from Santa Barbara. They bought and never even saw the house in person.

Madness!

Whoa whoa... did he post something on Facebook and I missed it? What part of Dayton? If he has questions, tell him to reach out.

I reached out... he's going to be about 20min away. Once he's settled, you'll have to come into town and we'll make Dan (seeit) come down we'll get a round of golf in.

NFL is done with COVID!

Teams with outbreaks that can't reschedule within the regular season will have to forfeit the game. NFL will not be adding a week to get them in.

DeAndre Hopkins tweeter that basically he's considering retirement over getting vaccinated, then deleted it.

Leonard Fournette tweeted that he isn't getting the vaccine.

I don't know if the NFLPA agreed to this or how that works but supposedly if a game is forfeited due to an unvaccinated player, BOTH teams won't get paid, even the team that didn't nothing wrong and got the win. That shit is wild and I imagine about to blow up into a bigger story real soon.

the only thing itll do is blow up in the anti vaccine ppls face. 78% ofplayers already got 1 shot so theyre gonna be in the minority.

I can't wait until a Ravens-Steelers game gets forfeited because some random player didn't get the vax and his name gets leaked and the winning team all forfeits their salary for that game...then those 2 teams meet for the 2nd game of the season.

Says games cancelled if an outbreak. You would need a bunch of players to get it to not have enough available players. My guess is you test positive you will have to quarantine and lose pay for time missed.
You would hope with the vaccinated number as high as its been reported an outbreak wont happen.
It will be a good test for the vaccines effectiveness that has been argued back and forth for months.

I'm curious if they were vaccinated and they test positive and have to sit out will they lose pay. That would be pretty fucked up if so, they did their part by getting the vaccine

Supposedly, Vegas books are starting to take Green Bay props off the board, bracing for a potential Aaron Rodgers retirement next week.
