NFL Thread
Re: NFL Thread
Oh, no doubt the o-line was the biggest disaster but ultimately this is Nagy's offense and it has been awful his entire tenure. I don't know what the game plan was yesterday but they made no adjustments. I don't think Garrett was double teamed or even chipped the entire game. He was hired as an offensive genius and he can not muster anything close to an average offense.

Re: NFL Thread
They did absolutely nothing to deter that pass rush at all. Did they even run a single screen of any sort at all? I don't recall seeing one.wdoupis wrote: ↑Mon Sep 27, 2021 10:12 am Oh, no doubt the o-line was the biggest disaster but ultimately this is Nagy's offense and it has been awful his entire tenure. Re: NFL Thread
I guess Sam Darnold only needed to have a halfway decent team around him to be good. He currently leads the NFL in rushing TDs

Re: NFL Thread
Mac Jones is the real deal. He'll end up being the best in the draft class when it's all said and done.

After Lawrence, Fields and Lance

Have the Pats scored 20 points in a game yet?

Belichik decided to take the 25% win probability in kicking the FG over the 35% WP by going for it on 4th

Our O line is going to get him killed againGeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 2:09 pm I guess Sam Darnold only needed to have a halfway decent team around him to be good. He currently leads the NFL in rushing TDs

Re: NFL Thread
He’s played well but he’s still got the arm strength of an above average 12 year old. He needs to get with Brady’s trainer.

Re: NFL Thread
To be fair, Jones and Wilson play in different offensive systems. Comparing where the throws are going when the plays are coming out of different playbooks doesn't seem awfully insightful...

Plus, I don't really seen an issue with bringing a guy in slowly.
Hell, before last Sunday, all the talk was how the Jets were ruining Wilson as he wasn't ready.

Re: NFL Thread
That was probably one of the craziest red zone moments ever.
Quad box
4 game winning or tying FGs going on at the same time let alone a 2 point conversion go ahead type play in another game.
That was amazing.
The Lions of course were part of that in finding another disastrous way to lose.

Re: NFL Thread
The ending to the Green Bay / Cincy game was crazy. 5 missed FG's at 2:10 left in the 4th and OT.

Re: NFL Thread
You know I hate the PC gotcha stuff going on but this one is not stupid in my opinion. I am not saying he is a horrible dude as I make some jokes that would make me sound awful to people who are not my friends or don't know me but he made gay slurs, shit on Goodell, the woman refs and of course the racial one if there are not more. You just can't walk in a locker room and have a team fight their ass off for you when they are 90% black. Not to mention Goodell and the woman refs probably would do Gruden no favors. I think Oakland had to move on from him.GeorgesGoons wrote: ↑Mon Oct 11, 2021 9:39 pm Stupid! I'm guessing it was a step down or get fired scenario
