O'Connor Curse - Year 6

Funny thing, I searched "O'Connor Curse" to see how far back it went on the boards, and found a thread with Corey and I talking about the big trade when I sent O'Connor over to Boston. I had forget that we talked about that trade for a few days, maybe a couple of weeks. Corey was insisting on Brock instead of O'Connor, and I wouldn't budge. Corey finally "settled" on O'Connor, and I got to keep Brock.

I remember that. I bugged you for days straight on Brock as he looked like the can't miss kid.

His Josh Hamilton like 30 for 30 is going to be excellent to showcase his fall from grace. Maybe he has a little left in the tank!

This is Arturo Quintana's 4th tour with Boston. He just passed Derrick Washington who has been and gone 3 times.

He might be the most dominant arm in our history to get traded as much as he has.

Dude always performs no matter where he goes including multiple seasons and bouts on teams with ERAs in the 2s.

I believe between Quintana and Washington they have been traded from my team a total of 6 or 7 times as well... That's the price you pay when only 8 teams actively trade

Also, I got O'Connor from Rob for Manuel Rodriguez, Pierre Page, and Jack Wolfe.

We've made a couple deals in person over some beers.

Those are always fun. Billy is coming to Dallas eventually and sure we will as well.

Don't have the game with me so can't check, but I'd bet Mike Reese is right up there at 4 or more times.

Same for Sheltown, 2nd in the AL in ERA. 12th in runs scored.

Glenn Powell has 49 HRs... I have 67 as a team this season.
